For warranty service, customers should contact their regional Colorlight support office (U.S., Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc.). Proof of purchase is required.
Limited Warranty
All Colorlight products are covered by a three-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This warranty ensures that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
During the warranty period, Colorlight or its authorized partners will, at their discretion:
- Year 1: Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent model
- Year 2 &3: Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by:
- Improper installation or use outside of product specifications
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidents, abuse, neglect, or external causes (e.g., power surges, liquid damage, natural disasters)
- Normal wear and tear

Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and cables.
- Return Authorization
- Before returning a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team.
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Refunds & Restocking
- Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a warranty defect or shipping error.
- A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
- Exchanges
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
